Towards the end of 2011 I was also busy designing some Thank You cards from Oliver's first birthday party. I think they turned out really cute and I love Ollie's sly little glance in the pic. I hope all the guests enjoyed receiving them and now have a nice keepsake from the day!

This weekend we were so excited to celebrate our Godson Oliver's first birthday! The year has just flown by since he was born and then was baptized. They don't stay little for long! He's standing on his own and starting to take his first few steps already! Enjoy the photos of our session and his party!

Delaware, Ohio Wedding Photographer: Erika & Kevin Tie the Knot Part 2

This may be a first for me! I cannot fit all my wedding preview pics into just two blog posts. I need a third!! So, here are pics from the second half of Erika and Kevin's beautiful day!! What an AMAZING cake from "Cakes by Anita." It was DE-LICIOUS, too!! It was truly perfect looking. And, another great shot from Adam.


The mood lighting in the reception hall at Grand Oaks was awesome! Jerry at "Designs by Jerry" did an awesome job on the floral arrangements (and bouquets). Adam did a great job again capturing the ambiance.

Capitol City Sound kept the tunes coming all night, but their first dance was to a live performance! How romantic! :)

It was a beautiful reception! Bowling Green's event staff did an awesome job with the catering. There was lots of fun and dancing. Some of the guests had skills! I enjoyed watching everyone dance. Lights and sounds provided by Robert of Fun Trax DJ.

Delaware, Ohio Wedding Photographer: Sarah + Daniel = LOVE! Part 1

Yesterday Adam and I had a lot of "firsts." Our first wedding of the season. Our first outdoor wedding (believe it, or not!). Our first "destination" wedding. And, our first time meeting Sarah and Daniel! The couple lives in Texas, and their families live all across Ohio, including in Delaware. So, it was a destination for everyone. The destination was Bowling Green State University - where they went to college together! What a fun idea! And, I obviously LOVE colleges, since I will never "leave" college for the rest of my career.

The day was SPECTACULAR - sunshine, cool breeze, blue sky, puffy white clouds, super in-love couple... I could go on and on. I couldn't get enough of all the amazing little details and surprises.

This was a SUPER cute idea! Instead of a guest book, guests took a card...
And left a message on the Wish Tree!

I wore the same strand of pearls at my own wedding! Obviously we both have good taste! :)


The guys were all so sweet and fun!! They were up for anything, but were most excited about getting their pics with their favorite sculpture.
This wins the award for "most enthusiasm" in a photo!! :)

I think the guys saw a UFO fly by... or something... :)
But they were so dynamic, because they could pull off the "serious" look too! :)


The bright, unique bridesmaids' dresses looked fab - so colorful!
