Delaware, Ohio Senior Photographer: Jake's Senior Session - Class of 2015!

This weekend, I got to photograph Jake for his senior portraits. You may remember that I took his older brother Josh's senior photos, a few years back.  Jake had made an appearance in a few of those family photos, too!  So, now he is clearly a pro at the modeling thing!  He did a great job and was so agreeable to all of my suggestions!  I think his photos turned out GREAT!  We had fun just posing around their yard and neighborhood.

Right now Jake is enjoying playing high school lacrosse and hopes to go to Illinois Wesleyan for college.  He hopes to play lacrosse there and study pre-med.  Good luck and enjoy your senior year, Jake!!

Great look!!  Love the outfit, the pose, and the trees in the background!

One of my favorites! Looks like it should be on the cover of a CD!

Great pose! :)

Channeling his inner Robert Pattinson (from Twilight)!  :)

This was the response I got when I asked how his parents felt about having both kids out of the house!  Hahaha!  Great pic!  :)

Delaware, Ohio Senior Portrait Photographer: Congrats to Derek - Class of 2015!

It's always refreshing to have a senior session after taking so many infant and toddler photos... they actually smile and look at the camera right when you ask them to! :) This weekend's session with Derek was fun, laid-back, easy, but very COLD!!! We had originally planned to meet on a beautiful fall day in October, but Derek had a sports injury so we had to push back his session or he would have been on crutches in every picture. And, we got in his session just in the nick of time... as snowflakes started to fall. If you're in Central Ohio, you know what the weather has been like since Sunday - snow and sub-zero wind chills! Anyway, Derek was hoping for a "fall look" to his images, and I think we were still able to find the little bit of fall color that was left. We had fun at one of his favorite childhood hangouts - Blue Limestone Park in Delaware. I hope you enjoy! Go Pacers!!!

This is a great shot in both color and black and white!!

This is one of my favorites!

A little fun in the creek...

Got a very nice smile out of him here! :)

Delaware, Ohio Senior Photographer: Josh's Senior Portraits

This past weekend, I also got to meet Josh and take his senior portraits around his beautiful home and the golf course in his backyard. His whole family was great, serving as his personal assistants and stylists for the day! And, Josh was a good sport with all the wardrobe changes and poses we put him through! Two of his favorite things are his trombone and his books, so I was sure to capture his interests in the pics. Enjoy the photos!

Delaware, Ohio Senior and Family Photographer: Dustin - Class of 2012

I have had the pleasure of tutoring a student for the past 4-5 years, on a weekly basis. His name is Dustin, and he's graduating this year! I was honored when his family asked if I would take his Senior Portraits. Little do they know, I will also treasure these photos for years to come! I have gotten to know their entire family so well and I hope we can keep in touch after graduation.

Dustin's brother and his family joined us for some family photos, too.

The kids were so well behaved and sat so patiently while everyone was posed by their mommy!

I kept telling Lalena she was a natural.

Little Drake... the only boy who has four big sisters! He's only 10 weeks old.

Lalena and Kallie - I got to know these two very well, as their grandmother was always babysitting them while I was tutoring.

Randi and Tru.

Parents Samantha and Bubba (Dustin's brother).

I hope you all enjoy your portraits! There are more to come!
